Changes that alter the content of a Paid Plan to your disadvantage will not apply until the end of the subscription period current at that time.
If the Company stops providing the entire Service, it will give notice at least 60 days before the end date and provide an opportunity to export images and other data you have saved. The handling of any remaining subscription period is governed by Article 9.
The Company's liability for any change or discontinuation under the preceding paragraphs is governed by Article 16.
Article 4 (Account Creation)
Key points
- You can create an account with a passkey or an external ID.
- Registration may be refused in cases of false registration or a history of violating these Terms. Anyone under 18 may not use the Service, and those who are minors under the laws of their place of residence need parental consent.
By creating an Account with a passkey or through an External ID Provider approved by the Company, you may use all or some of the features of the Service.
The Company may refuse the creation of an Account if your authentication information contains false information, or if you have previously been subject to measures such as suspension of use due to a violation of these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted by the Company, you must not copy, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, resell, or engage in any similar act with respect to the Service or its software, screens, data structures, or related technologies.
Article 7 (User Content)
Key points
- User content is limited to content you can lawfully handle, and rights in it generally remain with you.
- Try-on model photos must be of yourself or of a person aged 18 or older who has consented; photos of anyone under 18 cannot be used.
- It is stored and displayed to provide the Service, and sent to external AI services for the AI features.
You warrant that you have the right to lawfully register and use your User Content, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark right, portrait right, privacy right, or other right of any third party.
Model photos used for try-on must be photos of yourself, or photos of a person aged 18 or older who has given consent. Photos in which a person under 18 appears cannot be used as model photos, even with the consent of a parent or guardian.
If a third party appears in a photo of an item or outfit, register the photo only after obtaining that person's consent. The Service may send photos to external AI services for analysis (paragraph 5).
Rights in User Content are reserved to you or to the legitimate rights holder.
The Company stores, reproduces, and displays User Content to the extent necessary to provide the Service. In addition, to the extent necessary to provide the AI Features, the Company may send User Content to external AI service providers and use it for analysis, generation, and suggestions. Such transmission is not limited to the time you register User Content; it may also take place afterward, without any action on your part each time, for purposes such as suggesting outfits and creating item images. The information to be sent is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Company does not use your User Content for the purpose of training its own AI models.
When sending data to external AI service providers, the Company does not engage in log sharing, dataset sharing, or feedback sharing unless the Company expressly indicates otherwise.
The Company will not use User Content for advertising or promotional purposes, except where the Company has separately and expressly obtained your consent or in cases based on laws and regulations.
If the Company receives a report from a third party alleging that User Content infringes copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights, the Company may conduct any necessary investigation and, to the extent it reasonably deems necessary, make such User Content private, delete it, suspend the Account, or take other measures. Reports are accepted at the contact point in Article 26.
If the Company reasonably determines that there has been a serious or repeated infringement of rights, the Company may take legal measures such as reporting to the relevant authorities, requesting disclosure of sender information, and claiming damages.
Article 8 (AI Features)
Key points
- Try-on images are reference images newly created by AI and may differ from the actual item or from you.
- Check product information or the actual item before important decisions. Rights in AI output belong to you to the extent permitted by law.
- Removing the labels or marks on AI-generated images, or presenting them as real photos or as images from a brand, is prohibited.
The Service uses generative AI to create images (including try-on images based on your photos; "Try-On Images") and text.
Try-On Images are images newly created by AI as a reference for how clothes might look when worn; they are not your photos edited as they are. The fit, feel, color, texture, silhouette, depiction of body shape, resemblance to you, and other aspects of Try-On Images may differ from reality. In addition, due to the nature of AI, facial features, hair, skin tone, body shape, background, and the like may change unintentionally, and parts of objects or people in the original photo may remain.
Do not make important decisions, such as purchasing a product, based only on Try-On Images or AI suggestions; check the product information or the actual item.
The Company takes reasonable care so that the AI Features work as described, but cannot promise that AI output will always be accurate and complete. However, this paragraph does not limit your statutory rights set forth in Article 15, paragraph 3.
As between you and the Company, rights in Try-On Images and other AI output belong to you to the extent permitted by law. The Company uses the output only to provide and maintain the Service (the Company does not use it to train its AI, as set forth in Article 7, paragraph 6). Due to the nature of AI, similar output may also be created for other users.
Where required by law or otherwise necessary, the Company adds to images created with AI a visible label indicating that they were created with AI and a mark in the data (such as metadata or a digital watermark).
You must not do any of the following:
(1) Remove, alter, or make unreadable the labels or marks described in the preceding paragraph
(2) Present an image created with AI as if it were an actual photograph
(3) Present a Try-On Image as if it were an image created by, or approved by, a brand, manufacturer, or seller
Article 9 (Fees and Paid Plans)
Key points
- Paid plans are purchased, renewed, and canceled through the App Store.
- The AI features have daily and monthly usage limits, and the number of uses allowed may change.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, and consumers in the EU and the UK can withdraw within 14 days. The rights you have under the laws of your country or region are not limited.
The Service offers a free plan and Paid Plans, and the available features, storage limits, and other conditions are as displayed by the Company on the Service. The AI Features are subject to daily and monthly usage limits ("Usage Limits"). The number of uses under the Usage Limits is set by the Company taking into account factors such as the cost and availability of external AI services and the prevention of unauthorized use; it is not a promise of any particular number of uses, and it may change in accordance with Article 3, paragraphs 3 and 4.
Purchases of and payments for Paid Plans of the Service are made only through the App Store.
The timing of charges at the initial purchase and at each renewal is governed by the App Store's rules.
Paid Plans are auto-renewable subscriptions offered through the App Store. They renew automatically unless you cancel them on the subscription management screen of your Apple Account.
In accordance with Apple's rules, renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before the start of the next subscription period. If the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.
Subscriptions shall be canceled from the subscription management screen in the App Store. Deleting the app alone does not automatically cancel your subscription. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the Paid Plan until the end of the contract period.
Refunds for Paid Plans are decided and made by Apple through the procedures Apple specifies (such as Apple's "Report a Problem"). The Company cannot directly refund the price of Paid Plans purchased on the App Store. If Apple requests it, the Company will cooperate by providing the information needed for Apple's refund decision.
Consumers who live in the EU (European Economic Area) or the UK may, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, withdraw from the purchase of a Paid Plan without giving any reason and receive a refund within 14 days of the first purchase (for example, through the purchase history of their Apple Account). The conditions under which the right of withdrawal is lost are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
If the Company stops providing the entire Service under Article 3, paragraph 5, or ends the contract under Article 14, paragraph 7, it will explain how to request a refund from Apple for the remainder of the subscription period. If Apple does not grant a refund, the Company will refund an amount corresponding to the remaining period.
This Article does not limit any right to withdraw an order, obtain a refund, or any other right that you have under the laws of the country or region where you live.

Registering photos taken without the knowledge of the people in them in bathrooms, changing rooms, or other private places
Circumventing or attempting to disable the Service's safety mechanisms (including mechanisms that prevent the generation of inappropriate images)
The acts set forth in Article 8, paragraph 7
Acts of posting, sending, or saving the personal information, confidential information, or trade secrets of third parties without authorization

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Key points
- Intellectual property rights in the Service, its screens, software, and the like belong to the Company or the rights holders.

- You can withdraw at any time from the app's settings. Withdrawal does not stop automatic renewal, so cancel on Apple's screen.
- Suspensions are made only for specified reasons; in principle, you are notified in advance and told the reasons and how to object when measures are taken.
- If the contract is ended for reasons other than your violation, you will be notified 30 days in advance and given an opportunity to export your data.
You may withdraw (delete your Account) at any time from the app's settings. Withdrawal does not stop the automatic renewal of a Paid Plan, so cancel it on Apple's subscription management screen.
After withdrawal, your Account, User Content, and other principal data directly linked to your Account will, in principle, be deleted, except where retention is required by laws and regulations or where there is a legitimate reason such as preventing unauthorized use, ensuring security, responding to system failures, handling payments, or responding to audits.
In any of the following cases, the Company may, to the extent necessary, suspend your use of all or part of the Service, stop publishing or delete User Content, or suspend or delete your Account (collectively, "Suspension"):

If the Company ends the contract for the Service for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, it will give notice at least 30 days in advance and provide an opportunity to export images and other data you have saved. The handling of the remaining subscription period is governed by Article 9.
Notwithstanding paragraph 2, operation logs, security logs, analytics logs that have been anonymized or processed into a form that does not directly identify individuals, and other similar records may be retained for the period necessary for the purposes described in paragraph 2. The retention period for each type of information is set out in Section 12 of the Privacy Policy. It may take a reasonable period of time to complete the deletion of image files and certain other data. After your Account is suspended or deleted, you may be unable to access all or part of the data saved in the Service.
Article 15 (Warranties)
Key points
- The Company provides the Service with the care and skill ordinarily expected of a business.

5. Purposes of Use
Key points
- Collected information is used to provide the Service, AI features, weather display, notifications, subscription management, inquiry handling, analysis, legal compliance, and similar purposes.
The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes.
To register accounts, verify identity, authenticate logins, and manage accounts
To provide, maintain, carry out maintenance of, and improve the Service
To provide features for saving, displaying, searching, organizing, and managing items and outfits

6. Handling of Images, Camera, and Photo Library
Key points
- Registered images are stored, displayed, and processed to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
- Camera and photo library permissions are used to provide features and, as a rule, are not used for advertising purposes.
The Company stores, displays, reproduces, and processes images that you register or upload to the Service to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
The Company may request access to your camera and photo library to provide features of the Service, such as image registration, AI analysis, item management, and outfit management.
If an image you post shows a third party or contains a third party's copyrighted work, trademark, likeness, or the like, you shall hold the rights to use it lawfully.
The Company will not use your user content for advertising or promotional purposes, except where the Company has separately and expressly obtained your consent or in cases based on laws and regulations.
7. Handling of Location Information
Key points
- Location information is used to display weather and temperature only if you allow it.
- Precise coordinates and movement history are not stored; a location rounded to units of 0.05 degrees, the time zone, the wear date, and one wear time slot may be saved to future wear history entries.
- Weather information from WeatherKit is not permanently stored in the history; it is retrieved at the time of display and cached for a short time only within the validity period indicated in its metadata.
- You can keep using the Service without granting permission: planning and wear history use the weather for a representative location determined from your device's time zone. Weather conditions themselves are not saved to the history.
The Company may use your current location information, only if you allow it, to obtain weather, temperature, and similar information and for related displays.
The Company does not store precise location information or movement history. Your current location is immediately rounded on your device to units of 0.05 degrees, and the Company may save this approximate location, the time zone, the wear date, and one wear time slot to wear history entries created from now on.
Weather, temperature, and similar information provided by the WeatherKit APIs is not permanently stored as wear history; it is retrieved when the planning feature or wear history is displayed. To improve display performance, retrieved weather information is cached for a short time only within the validity period indicated by the WeatherKit metadata, and is deleted after that period expires. If you disable the location setting in the app, caches derived from location information are also deleted.
Even if you do not allow the use of location information, you can still use the main features of the Service. In this case, the planning feature and wear history display the weather for a representative location determined from your device's time zone (Tokyo for Japan, and also Tokyo if no representative location can be determined), which does not indicate the weather at your current location. Wear history entries store this representative location instead of your current location, in a form that shows it is a representative location. Weather conditions themselves are not saved to the wear history.
The Service obtains location information only while the app is in use and does not continuously obtain location information in the background.
8. Handling Related to AI Features
Key points
- For AI features, images (including photos showing people) and their analysis results, names, notes, prices, wear records, model images, outfit images created with AI, and conditions such as weather are sent to external AI service providers.
- Registered images and their analysis results may also be sent for other AI features, such as outfit suggestions and creating item images, without any action on your part each time. Names, notes, wear records, and outfit images created with AI may be sent along with them.
- Information is sent only to providers confirmed not to use the information sent to them to train their own AI models.
- The Company does not use the information to train its own AI models, and any use for quality improvement is limited to the necessary extent.
To provide AI features (image analysis, generation of suggested names and the like, image generation, outfit suggestions, and other AI-related features), the Company may entrust the handling of the following information to, and send it to, external business operators that process AI features (hereinafter, "External AI Service Providers").
Images you register or upload (including photos in which people appear)
Image analysis results (attributes such as category and color)
Names, notes, prices, and other information you enter for items and outfits
Wear records (number of times worn and the weather the last time the item was worn)
Model images used to generate outfit images
Outfit images created by the Company using AI
Conditions such as weather, season, and occasion used for suggestions
The Company may send images you have registered and the analysis results of those images (attributes such as category and color) to External AI Service Providers not only for the AI feature used at the time of registration, but also for other AI features, such as outfit suggestions and creating item images. In doing so, the Company may also send the names and notes of items and outfits, wear records (number of times worn and the weather the last time the item was worn), and outfit images created by the Company using AI. These transmissions may take place without any action on your part each time.
The Company uses only External AI Service Providers that it has confirmed, through contracts or terms of use, do not use the information sent to them to train their own AI models.
The Company does not use your user content for the purpose of training its own AI models.
When sending information to External AI Service Providers, the Company does not engage in log sharing, dataset sharing, or feedback sharing unless the Company expressly indicates otherwise.
The Company may use the differences between AI estimation results and the corrections you make for quality evaluation and feature improvement. In such cases, the Company endeavors to use information in a form that does not directly identify individuals or information limited to the necessary extent.
The output of AI features is reference information only, and its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, and the like are not guaranteed.

If you withdraw from the Service, the Company deletes the information about your subscription stored by RevenueCat (such as your in-app user identifier and your purchase and subscription history). The deletion at RevenueCat is processed sequentially in its systems. Withdrawing from the Service does not cancel your App Store subscription. 11. Security Control Measures
Key points
- The Company endeavors to take security control measures, such as access control and log monitoring, to prevent leaks, unauthorized access, damage, and the like.
- When information is handled in a foreign country, the Company takes measures after understanding that country's system.
To prevent leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized access, and the like with respect to your information, the Company endeavors to take necessary and appropriate security control measures, including access control, authentication, permission management, and log monitoring. After launch, you will be charged at the time of your initial purchase. Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before the start of the next subscription period, in accordance with Apple's rules.
5. Timing of Service Provision
After launch, you can use the Service immediately once payment is completed.
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
After launch, the paid plan of the Service is planned to be an auto-renewing subscription.
It renews automatically unless you cancel it on the subscription management screen of your Apple Account. Standard plans renew on a monthly or annual basis; for free trial periods or other conditions that apply under a promotion, the information shown on the purchase confirmation screen takes precedence.
If the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.
7. How to Cancel
After launch, please cancel your subscription from the subscription management screen in the App Store.
You can cancel using either of the following methods.
"Settings" on your iPhone > your name > "Subscriptions"
"App Store" > profile icon at the top right > "Subscriptions"
In this app, the "Settings" tab > "rackin Pro" (opens the App Store subscription management screen)
Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the Service until the end of the contract period.
Because the subscription for the Service is expected to use the App Store's subscription billing feature after launch, cancellation is completed on the App Store's subscription management screen.

8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, the Company, as a general rule, does not provide refunds.
However, refunds may be granted under the App Store's rules. If you wish to receive a refund, please submit a request to Apple; whether a refund is granted is subject to the conditions set by Apple.
For details on the refund process in the App Store, please see Apple's official support page below.

9. Cooling-Off
Because the Service falls under mail order sales, the cooling-off system does not apply.
10. System Requirements
The Service is recommended for use on the supported OS and device environments that the Company specifies on each distribution channel. Before purchasing a paid plan, please be sure to confirm that the Service works properly on your device and OS version. After launch, paid plans are planned to be available for purchase only in the iOS app.
